After years in the business as a sales manager, with a degree in Business Management and Marketing, he pursued his dream of starting a premier roofing company built on integrity, trust, and craftsmanship. He understands that its not just a roof, he wants homeowners to feel safe and secure in their homes. He is a Professional Insurance Claims Specialist who understands the dynamics of navigating insurance claims.

Mike is Matt's right hand man. He's all about structure and organization, coupled with his degree in business administration. Through general oversight, his focus is to bring your job to completion on time and within budget. 

Matt's wife, Ashley, thrives behind the scenes of the business.  Helping the customers and growing the business is her passion. With a graduate degree in Business Administration, Project Management and Process improvement and a Sustainability undergrad, she incorporates the latest in options into your project and company. Saving the planet, while saving you money, is her goal!
